Participation and Liability
Wrestling Warriors events are organized with the goal of providing a safe and fair competitive environment. However, by participating in any Wrestling Warriors event, all athletes acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in grappling and combat sports. Participants are responsible for their own safety and are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by the organization. Wrestling Warriors and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the events.

Assumption of Risk
Competitive combat sports involve physical exertion and potential for injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, broken bones, concussions, or other serious injuries. By participating, you agree to assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the event.

Medical Fitness
You certify that you are in good physical and mental health and have no conditions or limitations that would impair your ability to safely participate in combat sports. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to compete.

Venue Conditions
Wrestling Warriors matches may take place in various indoor and outdoor locations, which may vary in quality and condition. Participants are encouraged to inspect the venue prior to the match. Wrestling Warriors is not responsible for any issues arising from the location’s condition or unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions.

Liability Waiver
You agree to waive and release Wrestling Warriors, its organizers, sponsors, officials, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injuries or damages that may result from your participation in any event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Compliance with Rules
You agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Wrestling Warriors. Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification or other penalties as deemed necessary by event organizers.

Medical Treatment
In the event of injury or illness during the event, you authorize Wrestling Warriors to provide or arrange emergency medical care as needed. You accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

Video Recordings and Content Use
All matches are recorded and may be used for promotional purposes on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. By participating, athletes grant Wrestling Warriors the right to record, use, and distribute their match footage for marketing, educational, and commercial purposes. If athletes do not wish to appear in specific promotional content, they must notify the organization in writing prior to their match.

Final Authority
The Wrestling Warriors organization retains the final authority on all event-related matters, including disputes, rule interpretations, and rankings. By joining Wrestling Warriors, participants agree to comply with all decisions made by the organization.

Legal Age
You confirm that you are of legal age to participate or, if under the age of 18, have obtained written consent from a parent or legal guardian. By signing up for any Wrestling Warriors event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
